ACCE members who are interested in participating in future Advanced Clinical Engineering Workshops (ACEWs), regardless if they participated in prior ACEWs, should complete this form and provide a short resume (~¾ page) and a photograph (200 x 200 pixel minimum, 600 x 600 preferable) in JPG format to enable future workshop leaders to select appropriate faculty members.
