Digital Platform: All application and renewal forms have transitioned to a fully digital
format. This change reduces the expensive overhead and time involved in manual

Backend Improvements: HTCC has switched to a new platform, employing enterpriselevel
tools and workflows to enhance administrative efficiency.
Virtual Written and Oral Exams: To improve access and modernize; both the written
