Date: Monday, February 11, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Hyatt Regency Orlando, Bayhill 23/24 (Convention Level), 9801 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

The American College of Clinical Engineering was formed to establish a standard of competence and to promote excellence in clinical engineering practice, and to promote safe and effective application of science and technology in patient care.

Today, safe and effective application of science and technology has transformed into (among other things) ensuring that medical equipment can integrate and network safely in the hospital network, and can be protected from outside attackers. This Symposium has nationally and internationally recognized speakers and engineers who will address this shift in clinical engineering practice and the steps necessary to address those risks and vulnerabilities.

Topics to be covered and Speakers:

Asimily's Insight is a healthcare focused connected device lifecycle management solution. Currently Asimily's Insight solves for the following use cases: Inventory, Device relationships, Risk Monitoring and Mitigation, Patch and Mitigation prioritization, FDA recall monitoring and Asset utilization. This provides the health system with several benefits around procurement and planning, risk management, patch prioritization and in understanding how their devices are being used in the environment. Asimily's Insight integrates with several systems like CMMS, SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, firewalls and others to ensure that health systems can leverage their existing investments.  Asimily's Insight uses passive scanning techniques to gather network information to ensure that the solution does not interfere with the operation of medical and IoT devices . Asimily's Insight also appends the network information with information pulled from a variety of other sources and Asimily research to provide a comprehensive view of devices to the health system. Asimily is working with different health systems across various sizes and is partnering with different players across the ecosystem. For more information please visit Asimily at or contact us at .
