​Certification Renewals and Reinstatements

Healthcare Technology Certification Commission (HTCC)

Any certified clinical engineer that is currently listed with the program sponsored by ACCE and administered by the Healthcare Technology Certification Commission and whose listing expires on June 30, 2026 has until June 30, 2026 to complete and turn in their completed renewal form. 

  • ​Late Renewal CCE Renewal Applications received after the June 30th deadline will be considered late and subject to a Late Renewal Fee of $100 (in addition to the renewal fee of $200). 
  • Any applications received after the Late Renewal Deadline of September 30 will not be considered​​ and will result in loss of certification.

You can check your status and find your certificate number in the 2026 expiring Individuals Certified in Clinical Engineering  document.
 

CCE Renewals

  • 2026 CCE Renewal Application (.xls, 35 ​Kb) **Important: Read 2026 handbook before filling out your renewal application**.  If using the Edge browser you may be prompted to enter a username and password. If this happens click "Cancel" and it should open. You may have to do this twice
