The Professional Practices Committee is working on the next set of guidelines, to be published in 2008. Those are:
- Promote Professionalism Through Certification and Licensing
- Promoting Healthcare Cost Savings
- Expert Witness and Testimony Guidelines
- Support for BMETs
- Design, Testing, and Manufacturing of Medical Devices
Also, the committee is looking for help preparing the future guidelines in a wide array of topics. If you're interested in volunteering or have suggestions for new future guidelines, please contact Paul Sherman, committee chair at paul.sherman@va.gov.
