ACCE Healthcare Technology Certification Comission


 

The Healthcare Technology Certification Commission (Commission) and United States Board of Examiners for Clinical Engineering Certification (Board) endorses the concept of voluntary certification by examination for all clinical engineers and manages a program for certification in clinical engineering. Certification is one part of a process called credentialing. It focuses specifically on the individual and is an indication of current competence in a specialized area of engineering practice. Board certification in clinical engineering is highly valued and provides formal recognition of the knowledge base of clinical engineers.

Review the current Candidate Handbook for Certification in Clinical Engineering prior to completing the application. Failure to provide complete information will result in delays in processing your application. The Application fee is US $475 and is processed online securely through PayPal®.
